When I purchased the new Amana unit from you in 2009, you told me that I had a 10-year warranty, and you have stood behind it. After three calls for repairs over this time period, you did not hesitate to replace the entire system when I asked you to…three years later! You gave me a quick and courteous change-out service. Your men have always been courteous and very professional in my house and yard as they worked. "On Saturday the A/C unit at our lake house, located in Donalsonville, quit working. I checked the outside breaker box and found that the breaker had failed and was smoking. I shut the unit down and called a repair service recommended by my neighbor. When I had not received a call by Sunday morning, I checked the Yellow Pages and decided to take a chance on your company based on your Yellow Pages Ad.Mr. Stacy Clements was the technician on call and arrived at our house at about 2pm. Within a few minutes I realized that Mr. Clements was a very competent technician and imparted to me a feeling of assurance that I was being serviced by a very professional company. Mr. Clements located the source of the problem, repaired it, thoroughly checked the operation of the unit and declared it repaired. I was so impressed by your company and the quality of work performed by your technician that I immediately signed up for your annual maintenance program.My wife and I are currently part-time residents of Seminole County. We hope to move here permanently when we retire in approximately 16 months. I am greatly relieved to find that we can count on your company to take care of our A/C needs. "This letter is to express appreciation for the fine service you and your company have given me and my family recently. As your records will show, about three years ago we bought and had installed a new heating and cooling system from you. Last year the core of the unit leaked and was replaced under warranty. Again this summer we had problems with a loss of coolant. Once more the complete air handler was replaced. I don’t know what parts may have been under warranty, but this is what I do know.
